Members wishing to raise items under General Business are asked to submit these to the Secretary prior to the meeting.
Members who wish to join the meeting via Google Meet are asked to contact the Secretary prior to the meeting to receive the link for online access.
Proxy Voting:
Members who are unable to attend may appoint another current member to vote on their behalf. Proxy forms must be completed and submitted to the Secretary prior to the meeting.
